adidas Outlet Store Sunrise

I have never been to an Adidas store this big. Even in L.A. So many shoes and other accessories in one place. It's an Outlet, but there are lots of new regular-priced items for purchase. I can't or with only one pair and it was HARD to not get another or something else. I did like the fact the site was clean and neat. Next time I'm getting my favorite...Shell Toes.

Very unprofessional staff. Took in some brand new cleats my son received as a gift and they tried to give me 50% OFF the total value. Tried to tell me that because they are having a 50% OFF sale in the store they can only offer me that. The store credit they were offering me for both cleats did not total the cost for one of them. Totally wrong!!

I recently had a disappointing experience with the staff at Adidas .Two employees I interacted with were incredibly unprofessional. They spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and used sarcasm when addressing my concerns. Their attitude not only made me feel disrespected but also left me questioning the quality of customer service at your establishment. I hope you address this behavior promptly, as it significantly detracted from what could have been a positive experience.

Big store. Plenty of selection. Except for kids. Great sales promos on Memorial weekend. Service is a little weak. Cashiers need to stop speaking on phones while attending customers. Convenient location to parking.
