Sabrina’s intense training requires the most durable and dynamic leg available. She uses our proprietary design endoskeletal transtibial prosthesis with a dual socket incorporating a custom silicone inner liner with a locking liner. Sabrina’s prosthesis utilizes lightweight titanium components with a hydraulic microprocessor controlled ankle system. This system allows Sabrina to mimic the natural muscle resistance of ankle motion by optimizing dynamic stability. I have been a patient here since 2006. I am currently 66 years old, and a right BKA who walks with zero limp. Not one of my co workers knows I am an amputee. I can wear Around and About's gorgeous carbon fiber legs(I have FIVE!) for over 15 hours without removing. I have had to stand many times for most of a 12 hour shift. It takes time to adjust and get the fit perfect(I have extremely high standards of fit), but Rich and his guys will work diligently until it is 100% perfect and feels like it's part of my body. Plenty of parking, great machine exercise mini gym, wheelchair ramps, no steps, everything on one level. This is a family business. I know them all. They treat me like a brother. SO nice! They do 98% IN HOUSE. There was never a need to send something (in my case) out and cause delays. I know for a fact they are on the cutting edge of tech. They have a close relationship with so many of the top companies. Around and About receives a lot of new tech before any one else. I was actually part of an OSSUR demonstration( I happened to be there and volunteered) of their latest 3D laser tech. I would not consider using anybody else. Its been 16years now that I have been with them

DO NOT use this company. My journey with them began in April as I needed new equipment. It is now September 12th and I still don't have working equipment. I went in in April and had them cast a new socket. I came back in a week later for my check socket, and it felt great. I told them not to modify it as it was perfect. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER, I called to see what the problem was because I hadn't heard from them and told them if my equipment wasn't ready, that I wouldn't take delivery and would take my business elsewhere. Well two days later, they delivered a socket, but they did not listen to me and modified it to be smaller than it was. So small, in fact, that I couldn't even get my leg in to it. They tell me that they still have my mold and can make me another one. That one didn't fit either. Now I'll I want are new liners because mine have holes in them. I went in over a month ago because I had a defective liner. Rick told me that he would that he would make it right and that he had a new socket that he wanted me to try out. I want in and the check socket fit again and Rick told me that when my new liners come in that he would give me a call and deliver my new equipment. I never heard back. When I called in today, (mind you, I am not happy) Rick tells me that he has delivered my equipment and has nothing for me. I will be contacting an attorney. The fact that they think that it is ok to take advantage of a disabled person is disgusting, not to mention their hold music is littered with false advertising.

I needed an offloading shoe for my left foot that wasn't healing. Everyone was very kind to me. Ray was very hospitable, He is a real Gentleman. Ray kept checking to see if I was comfortable during the wait. Isabelle and Nicki were very helpful and helped to make me smile. Sean kept checking up on me to make sure I was comfortable during the wait while my shoe was being made. I will recommend to my friends and others how wonderful Round and About is to customers and the quality of the product they sell.

I have used these people for along time. They used to be very dependable as far as service. However I'm in the middle now for a new aka on my left side. The word I got several weeks ago was that the owners were both sick. I received no word on my case at all. Also when I called the office it is closed and they don't respond to their voicemails. I will give them 1 week to let me know what's going on before I seek out another company for help. Too bad they used to be very dependable.
