I went today for a few things got what I wanted . This store is my TO GO store when I need 🧻 , paper towels, Cleaning products, Hand Soap, Body Soap, Candles 🕯️, etc

Not really happy with Big Lots, we went in the wife and I looking for a couch and a love seat we found one we asked him if they could order us one in from the corporate and they told us no we had to go online and order it but when I went online I didn't see the same one that was in the store they made it really hard and then they told me that I could call another store and see if they had it they showed five and they had none and they told us we couldn't buy the floor model in case they got more in if you're trying to sell furniture at least help out the customer and show a little initiative change your policies or stop selling furniture take your pick

The absolute horrible experience with one of the cashier's. Black, red extensions, and pregnant. Her attitude was awful. She was non communicative and had no customer service skills what so ever. Hope you keep her stocking shelves ONLY. By far no people skills at all. Embarrassing.
