Daniel EHRLICH1 StarThis place is not an authorized Birkenstock shop. I contacted the brand and they do not know of this place. 0 help from the owner when trying to decide the correct fit. All he would say is sit down, relax, listen to some music, eat a chocolate. Almost like a broken record that is all he will say. He said buy a pair take it home decide if you like it come back if you don't. Then when I call to do an exchange because they hurt he said I cant help you no returns.
