DISGUSTING service! Called to see if my 2-hour online pick-up was ready (4 hours later). I had a sleeping baby in the car and didn't want to wake her, unload her stroller, and walk all the way in the mall if it wasn't ready yet. The lady says "hold on let me check for you"...Had me on hold for over 20min til I actually went into the store. Looked her in her eyes and could tell she had no intention of getting back on the phone. Nevertheless, they did NOT have my order ready, nor did they have the size I ordered and PAID for. How??? After this, they told me they'd cancel the order and not charge my card. I went ahead and purchased a half size up for my son to grow into... turns out they DID charge my card TWICE! When I called back to tell them, they acknowledged my order but said there is nothing they can do about it and to call the 800 number. Zero effort to try to correct their own mistake. They could've atleast called corporate for me.

Horrendous customer service, rude employees who act like they own the store, I recommend anyone to go anywhere else that’s not this store for decent customer service or help in general. Staff needs to be heavily retrained on basic manner.

i wanted to buy some nikes there & the man with the man bun was very rude. i was told to get out the store & shop somewhere else. i don’t know why he was so negative about everything. i went to go buy the shoes i wanted somewhere else & will never go back there unless i gotta slap him.
