Wow what an incredible experience in this store! They have everything you could possibly want from the hottest looks in sporting-goods to the most colorful slides for every day. The staff are everywhere smiling asking if they can help you and keeping the store running good and looking good. My hats off I know this location is extremely busy and it’s not easy to keep the store running so smoothly. Give credit and congrats to the team at Champs Sports at sawgrass mills!

couldnt return my shoe because they were “used” i tried them on, they are still in the factory lace, and they were display shoe. They were confused on how to even return it in the 1st place and i believe they just said they were used because they had no clue what they were doing.

Horrible customer service ! Bad attitude. MOE (worker / manager) worst client would never return here. Instead of teaching a client they pop off with an attitude. They need to learn customer service.

Yesterday I was at the Sawgrass Mills sports champs, Zuli attended me there were some Yezzy Boost 350 V2 size 8/5 I asked for them and at one point he told me they are not 8/5 and I told him exactly they are the ones I need I'm wearing, he tells me I'm looking after someone else when he was looking after me, we're waiting in line to pay for the shoes and I see that another vendor comes to take them to the store. When it's my turn, Zuli tells me no, they were ordered from another store. When I asked him, he didn't say anything, it is disrespectful to the client that they play with his time, if he is not interested in selling, why are they there? They should be more aware of customer care and respect.
