Horrible customer service and return policy. I was looking for non-slip shoes because I work in a restaurant kitchen. I had a conversation with the manager named Monica about my line of work. She sold me shoes that were contrary to what I needed, I wore them at work for 2 hours until I slipped and fell. I came to return them or exchange them for real slip resistant shoes (if they had any) but Monica argued with me and said we never had a conversation about my line of work, as a result she offered no refund or exchange. Buy somewhere else these people will say anything to sell you lies.

All these bad reviews people don't seem to understand. Jose runs this place like a boss. He's not a great shoe salesman. Anybody with any afflictions such as diabetes, vascular problems or anything else going on. This man is a doctor. He is the authority. You don't go in there and look for what you want. You go in there. Speak to Jose. Tell him what's going on and you let him tell you what to do. Trust his process. Whatever it is. He doesn't want the best for his customers. He wants to love his customers and see them get better and better. To all these bad reviews you people are clowns. Go in and speak to Jose. Tell him you needs and watch what he can do for you. Trust his process. And just remember you're amongst greatness around him

Shoes are bad quality. I bought a pair last March wore them twice and when I was at work, the soul of the shoes completely dismantled, I almost fell, the glue is non sustainable and it looks like the rest of the shoe is made with paper material. Do not buy from there.

Horrible customer service! The guy with a dark hair pony tail named Jose Luis was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He might have been the owner and was the only one at the store. I came in with my little girl and we had a bag of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels in my hand. Our hands were not dirty we were eating with napkins and stopped as soon as we entered the store. He came out of no where and yelled at us and said “don’t touch any shoe if you are eating” in the rudest way. I said there is no need to yell at us and that we are just going to leave the store. Then he yelled and said “its common sense its common sense” so I asked for his name and he gave it to us with a snark like if he knew he wasn’t going to get in trouble. I don’t mind him telling us to not eat in the store because I love to follow rules but not to reprimand me and yell like that. I saw two pairs I liked that I wanted to buy and left with nothing because of really rude customer service.

Extremely kind owner who happened to be in store when I shopped. Came in looking for one pair of Birkenstock and ended up leaving with 2 extra pairs (Springstep and Vionic). The shoes were so comfortable and the workers were willing to deal with my indecisive self. Will definitely be back :) also love the Christmas designs very festive
