The manager of this establishment has restored my opinion of customer service… I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I was in Fl, on vacation an made a purchase, the product stopped working 3 months later. I called thinking I would get a manufacturers address to mail the product… To my surprise, the manager said, I will send you a replacement tomorrow. WOW!!! They take care of their customers, even if it’s months later… I will always visit them when I’m in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. If you want quality products & stellar service, you should stop by.

Products sold here are 120% overpriced. Prices are not listed, they just make up “deals” as they go. You can find same products online for much cheaper but by the time you realize that, oh, too bad, they don’t do refunds. This is an easy scam for them and the security from the mall just sit back and watch.

Very old technology. They just warm insoles in oven and then form directly on your sole. min 200$ for those insoles is too much. There are 3d laser technology now.

I’ve had foot problems for years seeing how I’ve been working half of my life and I went to custom insoles in the galleria mall and wow!!! I can feel the difference in my body with the insoles and the store was more than willing to help me with exactly what I was looking for!!! Highly recommend this store if you have any foot problems or any body problems at all.

Amazing my back is not hurt anymore Big improvement I can’t believe I Didn’t did this before !!! And I see some people complain about the price that you can find online cheaper it’s not a business fault and is not a scam you can find everything cheaper online and still it will not stop me to come to the mall and shop there as well even knowing that online option it’s not always convenient to wait or miss package or get something less quality in the mail and then nobody will help you I bought those insoles and I love them and then I saw them online cheaper and I’m still happy about my purchase because also I got personal service what explain me exactly what I’m buying ! I don’t even knew about this product before I met the guy in the mall ! but maybe next time I will purchase it online but I still not gonna call him a scam !
