This review is for the pharmacy. I have had lots of trouble with the main checkout of the store, including listening to a miserable hideous girl recently talking loud to her friend on her cell how "abusive" the customers were. Meanwhile everyone was in line and she wasn't helping anyone. Also this places is often getting looted and those who work there turn their head. So now switch to the pharmacy. They are VERY busy but still a great bunch. I have been taking a medication that has been such a nuisance to coordinate with my doctor. But Brian has been so helpful. He's the best!!! And Betty and Bright are great too. If I had to multitask as much as they do I would not be able to smile. But they are always helpful and professional.

Employee Shanna CVS should be embarrassed to have her employed. She obviously was in bad mood the face on her could kill and no greeting but a cold stare down when i approached her register to check out. Then got upset cause had to speak to manager about error she made and started cussing out loud and saying had to step outside cause was ready to beat someone clapping her hands together. Never seen an employee act so unprofessional it was shocking. I feel her manager Jasmure should of also told her to stop her outburst or calm down but didn’t as she was belligerent to a customer. I am a regular that goes there 4-5 times a week. She makes you feel like in unsafe atmosphere and seems even her own co-workers plus manager intimidated or even scared of her .

In praise of pharmacist Bryan-- Ok so I am a physician (i do not tell them that when I use this pharmacy) as well as a customer of this cvs pharmacy . I know the medical system is a mess- and just want to say we should not take it out on the pharmcay employees who have to navigate a complex system that is always changing rules. I had what was supposed to be a simple issue-- convert a mail order script to local pick up. Bryan spent literally 28 minutes dealing with the same cvs care mark phone trees and hard to understand reps that we do trying to resolve this. All the while his technicians were bringing him other issues to handle. I felt bad for him since I saw the customer before me had an authorization issue he was trying to resolve with that person's drug plan also spending a long time on the phone. And he had to turn away someone whose drug plan would not allow a "vacation refill" for a restricted item. The problems are not the fault of the cvs staff and Bryan kept his cool, and was professional and caring and wanted to make sure we got our meds. The pharmacy benefit managers and drug plans make this man's job very difficult.

2:20 am I stood at the register for 8 full minutes before the kid who was pretending he didn't see me, finally walked over to me and rudely asked "what do you want sir?" I said "I need to put cash on my card" he told me he couldn't because "the registers were down." Yet customers were buying stuff before and after I left. Is there such thing as customer service anymore? Cuz if there Is I haven't seen it in years. Absolutely horrible customer service in this case. Won't be coming back to CVS anytime soon.

They try to over charge patients in pharmacy. Literally have told me prescription is over $200 each time. Then look at me like I’m stupid when I say run it through goodRx. Magically the price goes down. How many older people are you making overpay for their medication. Need a new nighttime staff, I work in a pharmacy your supposed to help patients. Then you tell me insurance isn’t on file and is expired. My insurance goes through December last time you all told me I didn’t have insurance by the end your saying I have full coverage. Need to get your story straight….
