Manager was completely rude! I was trying to Scan an item on the price checker and the checker wasn't showing the price. I had to go to the self check out to scan the item to see the price since he was helping another customer at the register. He came after me telling me not to use the self check out to use the scanner. Which I explained it's not working. Still he tried scanning the item himself and seen it didn't work. He scanned it with his device finally showed the price and rudely Said if I wanted it or not. I told him he shouldn't be rude like that since i saw he was busy with another customer. He just walked away. Don't know what happened to this location I would come here for many years and was my favorite CVS to shop at.. I'm not coming back ever again. Don't come here if you want a manager hunting you down for not scanning an item properly. The manager was EXTREMLY rude!

This is the worst customer service I've ever received. Employess are mean and rude, they lie to you, and they don't care if you are a patient with a terminal illness, its all about them. I am a extracare member and ordered my medication to be delivered since Thursday and every time I call to get the status they keep giving me an excuse, power outage, no couriers available, the couriers don't work Saturdays (which they do) I mean horrible pharmacy. There is a guy that should be working flipping burgers in McDonald's because he has no idea what dealing with sick people is. Today is the 4th day without my pain medication. Supervisors at the corporate office act the same. No compassion, not interested in helping. I am transferring back to walgreens, I give cvs at light point house a zero star.

Of all the CVS's I have been to this is the far worst of all of them. They operate with one cashier to handle everyone. The pharmacist will stand there not doing anything and watch the cashier suffer while a line forms of more than 8 to 10 people plus the drive thru fills up. The pharmacist won't even answer the phone. He will stand there like bump on log. Only when he saw me doing a review is when stepped in to help. Then the way he asked to help next person in line was rude.

Worst service of ANY pharmacy I have been to in South Florida. I have been at the drivethru for over 15 minutes and there is no one at the window to help customers. I am transferring ALL my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street. Avoid this place at all cost! ***UPDATE*** Took over 20 minutes to get my prescriptions. After receiving them the pharmacist on duty did not say a word and refused to answer when I called on the intercom. I had to go into the store and stand in front of the counter for another 5-10 minutes before he would come from the prescription filling station to acknowledge my presence. That was after his colleague refused to help me saying “she was supposed to have gone home at 10 PM”… Needless to say, I transferred all my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street and will never set foot on another CVS again! CVS deserves to go bankrupt and these employees deserve to end up in the unemployment line! Bigger businesses than CVS are no longer around. #CVSsucks #CVSneveragain
