This store lacks customer service, and just basic PROFESSIONALISM. I was in the aisle trying to find the right regimen for myself, I was reviewing notes in my phone and then also reading the vitamins (ingredients) etc. A man in a green shirt, no name tag watches me for a while. When I finally look at him he then says “we close at 10” quite aggressively. I was puzzled for a moment because I didn’t even know he worked there. And then said I promise it won’t take me over 20mins. Since that’s how long it was until closing time. He then repeated himself and stared for a few more minutes before walking away. He didn’t even ask if I needed HELP. But was sure to make me feel rushed. I left without getting what I needed but before I did I tried to let the manager Guido know but he didn’t seem very concerned. I’m a young woman alone I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I will not be back and will not be recommending to others. Just word of advice to the workers don’t work at CVS if you’re just going to be rushing the customers out when they could be getting something VITAL to their health.

I arrived at the MinuteClinic 7 minutes late and I was having a hard time trying to find my confirmation number due to lack of service and their wifi wasn’t any good. So of course as I’m trying to figure it all out time was passing. And the nurse practitioner came out and asked if I needed help and I told her yes that I was having a hard time checking in and she told me “you have to check in” and I tell yeah I understand that but it’s not going through and she says it again “you have to check in” and just walks away from me. Finally my phone was able to get connected but it showed that my appointment was cancelled. And I was confused as to why. Then another nurse comes out and asked if I needed help and I told her yes, that I tried inputting my info but it couldn’t find it and my phone says now that my appointment was cancelled. And she explains to me that the system automatically kicks you out if you don’t sign in pass 10mins. Which I did not know. And I explain to her how I arrived 7 minutes late and was having a hard time to find my code and logging in, but she didn’t care and said “no but you were more than 10 minutes late, I was walking back and forth and didn’t see you here” I was so confused cause she was NOT walking back and forth but even when I told her that she did not let me continue with my appointment and told me to pick another time. When I was literally the only customer there. And the next appointment wasn’t until 12pm when my original was 9:50. So I left because I was not going to wait that long. Overall they were very rude to me and were not help at all. Went to another location and had no issues (Davie)

Terrible experience at the drive through pharmacy. After waiting 5mins for my turn, the older female pharmacist refused to take and update my insurance information so I could pick up my medication because there was a car behind me. I then told her I wouldn’t use insurance I would just use a goodrx coupon if that was quicker for her, and again she refused telling me I had to go inside for that, she “didn’t have time” to put anything into the computer system. I have never been through a drive through and been told to go inside like that, especially after I patiently waited my turn and I was on my lunch break at work. Will be finding a new pharmacy. Wish I could give zero stars.

I just left the store and purchased two cosmetic items and as soon as I got to the front of the store, they called security on the intercom as I was walking towards the registers it stopped. There was nothing happening except poor judgement on CVS.
