I had a problem with a coupon that I've talked to cvs corporate before and walked into the store to buy the said product under the coupon. The manager Nicole who i asked to help me and maybe do a manual entry or help me understand why it didn't work immediately told me to call corporate which is ridiculous when i told her i already did and they said it should work and if i had problems to ask for a manager. So i asked some more questions to better understand why and she said i dont know and started becoming extremely rude and defensive because she wasn't knowledgeable enough about cvs, coupons, or the products they sell. She then started fighting me because i said i pay for the care pass and the coupons should work and somehow she turned the conversation into "you do not pay for me" and her job. Her attitude was extremely toxic. She turned what could have been a helpful resolution into a emotional problem that had nothing to do with me or the coupon problem. She literally started throwing a tantrum. It was very selfish and i feel as i was being discriminated against because she didn't "feel like dealing with me". I asked for the store number, her name and the district managers info. Besides for her own name she didnt know the store number, phone number or district managers name. She also made a huge loud scene in front of many other customers. Practically yelling across the store in a panic, "im going to get that info for you SIR!!!" In a condescending tone multiple times to make fun of me because she wasn't knowledgeable or professional enough to answer a simple question. I will be asking for the camera footage. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, insulting to customers and the cvs brand.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Customer service is lacking and slow. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens.
