Adding to the justly deserved low reviews. The whole store is poorly run, but the pharmacy is especially awful. The whole pharmacy closes for an hour a day. They have 5-7 people who lock themselves behind the metal window guard for a whole hour. If you had 1 or even 2 people working in the pharmacy, I could understand closing. There are 5-7 people - why wouldn’t you have people take lunch on shifts and remain open? The staff just doesn’t want to work. There was a line at the pickup window, and the lady at the window walked away to do nothing in particular for about 5 minutes while everyone waited. Since I didn’t pick up my prescription within 10 days, I now have to wait for a pharmacist to review my prescription again and come back again to pick it up. I’m confident my prescription will be identical today as it was 2 weeks ago. Seriously, how hard is it to grab a bottle of prescription mouthwash off the shelf and hand it to me??

If you can’t handle the work load, quit telling people they can get their scripts filled here. Every damn time this cvs sucks my precious life away when they said my stuff was ready.

This has to be the worst CVS I have ever been to. Showed up at 10:30 for a 10:40 Covid test and 2 cars in the drive thru were ahead of me upon arrival. It took 45 minutes for those two cars to be serviced. Upon pulling up it took 20 minutes for the Covid test to be administered. Had to give my confirmation code three times to the attendant, took 5 minutes for them to review my health insurance card (which was already submitted in the portal). Ridiculous

This is the worst retail pharmacy I have ever encountered in over 50 years. Today was the pinnacle as I encountered a pharmacy attendant who ignored me for several minutes and then proceeded to treat me in the most arrogant and dismissive manner. This had been my local pharmacy, but that is now going to in the past. It’s clear to me the CVS corporation could care less.
