My mom just had a hip surgery, the pharmacist “missed” the most important prescription, we drove there, drove home, realized one was missing, had to drive back, THEN they said we have to wait another 30 minutes!! *After calling corporate, they rushed and got the prescription ready in 15 minutes, thank you!

The quality of the service here is always outstanding due to the pharmacy staff. A business is judged not by how good the service is but how they handle the problems. Nothing is perfect but there is one associate in particular that has greatly improved the overall mood of the staff and customers. She remembers our first names and politely calls us by them making us feel welcome and taken care of personally. Im sorry i don't know her name embarrassingly enough but she is usually in the drive in window. a smallish kind person with her hair tied up on her head. Keep her she should in charge of customer service at CVS..... Scott

My insurance decided not to pay for my medicine. Not CVS' fault but a text to let me know. \nThen, unlike my previous pharmacy, CVS, did not bother to help. In a similar situation with my precious pharmacy found me coupons. CVS people wouldn't even try a discount card I had because they were busy.\nI came another day. I got the discount from my card but the lost one part of my 2 part prescription.\nI did get an apology call from CVS as a recorded message though my recording says DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE.\nI had to come a second time to get my prescription.\nI got a reward card that expires in 8 days. So even the reward became an unpleasant chore.

This CVS is the worse, the Pharmacy has a 20-30 line, and they are so unorganized, they need Management bad! Waited 20 in line watched a lady come in the door walk up past everyone and sit down in the waiting area, they asked her what she was waiting on, and took her in front of everyone waiting (and no she wasn't there already, they had to dig deep in the bins for her meds), it was a nice trick thst the lady obviously does all the time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. I had a Covid test scheduled for 3:45. Arrived early to find no instructions on what to do, no one at the testing site, and people who had been waiting for more then an hour. I was informed the nurse doing the testing had wandered off and no one knew where she was or when she’d be back. After waiting half an hour I left. Do not go to CVS, you will regret it.
