Pharmacy staff are incompetent called today and told them they are billing wrong insurance. The rude staff said they billed correct, called back and by magic they found the correct insurance but she said it's way more which was wrong.Rude employee said if I have issues call the insurance because the price was wrong. Called insurance and the incompetent did not say the claim was not approved because the doctor needs approve it. Rude nasty attitude because they are lazy and don't know their job and thinks everyone is illiterate.

Pharmacy's staff communication is all over the place. Long lines and half staff. They NEVER have the prescription even though it's been the same for the past 48 months. Is easier to pass a kidney stone than to get your prescription on the day that is supposed to be ready to pick up.
