I absolutely love this store and the way that all workers treat me the moment I walk in! I’ve bought a lot of perfumes and absolutely recommend buying with Ana in the perfumes department, also is very interesting how she personally took in my phone number to let me know about the best events the store has had and they constantly keep in contact. I’ve opened a credit card with them and this store has became my favorite. 10/10

This is a well stocked, clean and fun store to shop in. They have a lot of sales on clothing and multiple floors to shop on. They have one of the absolute best shoe departments I've ever seen - both men's and women's. I liked them better than Nordstrom's shoes since they were more affordable but still unique, trendy and just awesome! The kitchen department was a little disappointing, but still nice - I liked their branded items and I would recommend anyone to take a look at their dishware. Be careful to remember which entrance/floor you came in on though! We had an embarrassing amount of trouble trying to find our car when we were finished😜.

I love dillards as a retail store I shop there often but while in the sunrise location at galleria mall I was racially profiled by Nick he followed me around the whole time I shopped until I proceeded to check out when I told the cashier about it she was not surprised and says that always happens so apparently if you’re black you won’t be able to shop comfortably at this location

My favorite place to shop .I always get personalized service from Tasha and Kelly . They know what brands I like and sometimes they call to let me know if it goes on sale or to come in because it's the last one in my size .It helps that I live a few blocks away . The best service of any store in the Mall .They also have brands that are exclusive to only Dillard's.
