I got a coupon for 30 dollars of I go to the store and I was told that I can not use it because the shoes were mark down no we're in the coupon said that you can't use on mark down shoes. Why send a coupon if we can not be use. Not a penny of my pocket in store or online. keep the coupon false advertising.

Went into DSW Coconut Creek this evening and encountered 2 people inside the store showing off a dog's training behavior. 1 of them was teaching the other how she commands the dog to do certain actions. In the midst of this I witnessed this huge German Shepard dog almost running into another customer as she was trying on 1 foot of a pair of knee high boots. On my way out I informed a lady who seemed to be in charge working there, wearing a radio and she said the dog is not associated with the store and walked away. I left and sat in my car infront of the store and watched as they continued while some shoppers decided on not entering the store and others inside walked around trying to steer clear of them, as the store associate allowed them to continue with no interference for 30 minutes. Then I left.

I visited the store twice on two separate occasions and their system was down I live 25 minutes away from the store and every time I visited to do a return their system is down, I tried calling them so that I didn't waste my time going to the store and their system was still down and could not get through to the store at all The store phone does not work and no one picks it up.

Hello , I had an very bad experience at store : 4401 Lyons Rd, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 I purchase some shoes order number instead of returning by mail , I went to the store to see if I could find something else . I returned them and ask for the credit store on that order to be used on my future order. They said , you will get an email and you will need to repurchase. I stated again, I want to use the credit , instead of putting my card again . A second person comes to help her, he said return and then you process again. Then she says you will get an email and then we can purchase with a your new form of payment . I ask her why didn’t she give me the store credit ? She says that’s not how it goes. Now a 3rd person comes and help her .and tells me , we are sorry but at this point the transaction is already processs you willl need to pay again. I ask why would I put another form of payment when DSW already has my $? Why is this happening, is it because the store needs to make sales ? The sales person needs to hit their numbers ? I’m a customer and ask for a very specific request , it was denied . I walk away without new shoes because , if makes me angry that they want to take advantage of people at all cost . I rather purchase online . This is one of the main reason stores keep closing , the lack of customer service . I hope the store manager gets this email & start training their staff . Just in case that’s the policy they want to implement in their stores!
