Came to the store on 5/18/24 and left with 5 pairs of shoes. Omar and Alex were very friendly and helpful. They helped me to find the right sizes for my shoes and went above and beyond to make me happy with my chooses. Appreciate the help and great customer service. Definitely going back.

The clasp on my flip-flops broke after almost 4 months of purchase, I came to the store and they replaced the flip-flops with new ones without any complaints or questions. Many thanks to the store staff for such customer focus and to the manager who took care of me: Denis Perez. I bought a flip-flop on November 13, 2023, exchanged it on March 3, 2024.

Had to drive over an hour to get there. Friendly staff. Found 4 pairs of shoes. Love Ecco shoes!!! Horrid music playing--rap?? in a store filled with customers age 40+. Jazz or pop/rock would be more appropriate for a higher incone clientele.
