Funny how this mall has 2 Footlocker locations and it looks like reviews are getting mixed up. I went to both locations to look for a specific shoes that they have on sale from their website. Their website is terrible on showing the store availability so it’s a hit or miss even though you called them ahead of time. When I called a day prior one of the store said they had another colorway in stock but not the one I’m looking for. When I arrived the next day. They did not have those for the discounted price at all. It was very confusing. But the staff helped me out to check with the other location that’s on the other side of the mall and they have the last one in stock of the one I’m looking for, for the same price listed online. Both locations have very nice friendly staff. Extremely helpful. I got the shoes I wanted and even bought another extra pair because they had more deals that’s not listed online. Would come back here when I need more shoes. Photo attached is one of those deals that doesn’t exist online but they have it for a cheaper price!

I went to the Foot Locker on Sawgrass on 04/25/2024. I bought one Nike Force for my son. When I went to the cashier, they rang my credit card and sent the transaction did not go through. So they asked me to use another cashier, and it finally worked. To my surprise, yesterday I received my credit card statement, one correct purchase with my son’s tennis shoe, and also one right before it of over five hundred dollars. I live in a different country, can’t get a hold of the store, tried to talk to Foot Locker headquarters, but they need a purchase code of something I didn’t purchase…so basically I was robbed in the store.

Store in sawgrass mills mall in Florida Store which is next to Starbucks/claire. Very rude customer service. Jose and a girl who works there are extremely rude. They don’t care about disability and Jose guide people wrong. Our online order was at the store and they say they don’t look by account or tracking number They said oh it’s must be at next store /same mall but next store Delan and girl who worked w him was amazing they looked 30 min and they called other store they didn’t answer I had to walk all the way back and yes my online order was that store. When asked why don’t u answer phone - shop was empty not busy reply was my store phone doest work,. We can call but we r not receiving calls. Jose is extremely rude. No thanks no apologies. Definitely rude !

Went in today while walking through the mall. I needed new running shoes, but didn't have a specific brand in mind. Sales rep Kyana was outstanding, knowledgeable about different shoes, and took the time to explain the different options and helped me select a pair that ended up being exactly what I didn't know I wanted (and were so comfortable, too). Really great experience to the point I was surprised. Wish I lived near here so I could come back, but would say that my experience was so good that I would consider shopping online at Footlocker rather than going somewhere else in person.

One of staff with a curly hair refused to give the shoes I was looking for despite the other worker told me the shoes that I looked for is available! I was looking to buy it not only to try it even if i was wanted to try it , it’s one of my rights as a customer!! THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!
