All members of the the staff I encountered were excellent! William was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He created a mold of my foot, sent it to the manufacturer, and the fit was perfect when it came back. William took a personal interest in my comfort and satisfaction with the device, and was clear that I can come in anytime if I have any issues. Top notch experience!

On 26 January I went into Hanger Clinic in utter pain and somewhat despondent of what the future held for me as it relates to my continued mobility. The BK prosthetic I was using for the past 38 years limited my movements and more so was causing me grave pain and stress. This caused me to remained stationary and calculated my movements both at home and at work. On 1February I WALK out of Hanger Clinic with my new prosthetic! Filled with optimism and feeling that I’ve been given a brand new chapter in life - this new prosthetic has improved my physical qualities. My daily functionality has sores from the bare minimal to my normal routine - things that I could not do, like walking the park or beach, moving at a steady or quick pace, walking on uneven surfaces, completing household chores, climbing stairs or steps without the fear of a fall, simply walking without friction and discomfort to my limb, are all abilities done with confidence and without pain. The friendly efficient service rendered from the day I entered Hanger Clinic to the time I left was absolutely phenomenal. My care-giver Andy was just amazing. His passion for his work could not only be depicted physically but felt via interaction. I couldn’t have been happier with another. Thank you Andy, Eileen and the Hanger Team - you’ve given me a new lease on life!

Best experience ever! This office was amazing from beginning to finish! I am big on customer service, and the way they treated me for my son appointment was absolutely amazing! From scheduling over the phone, always communicating with me, helping me get the best savings available, and making sure I understood everything. My son will have a long journey so I know I’ll be back for future visits but I have to let everyone know how absolutely amazing all the staff is from the phones to front and back office staff. Keep up the great work and thank you for being so kind. ❤️

Had the best experience ever! My orthopedic surgeon would not give me a cam walking boot, so I came here and got one for free through my insurance to help me heal. The whole office staff is professional and goes way beyond to help you. I'm forever grateful to you all!
