Dante Wilson3 StarDecently ran JD better ran than their sister store in Sawgrass but still needs improvements. Izzy is extremely cool and level headed I like how she does release producers BUT it’s getting out of hand since the “Saturday only” release schedule. People are now getting to Broward Mall earlier and earlier Saturday morning or sometimes even Friday night to camp out. Something bad will happen soon reminds me of the Aventura Mall camp out days in 2010-2012 era.
Besides that there is a lot of backdoor action which I get happens, but let’s say for example there are 3 customers in the store. And the assistant manager magically brings two highly anticipated sneakers from the back for 2 out of 3 of the customers and tells the 3rd that they are sold out when the 3rd was the first in the store and asked specifically about that model of sneaker. Customers 1 and 2 the proceeded to bring back food for the same assistant manager moments later.
All love JD, let’s just move with more discretion if you going to do shady stuff. It’s a sneaker store, where the motive is to sell sneakers.
And honestly I think JD cooperate needs to think about doing all releases via app, like every single anticipated release.Thursday 15th September 2022

Brandon A1 StarI had a terrible experience with this store. First, they forced me into a shoe that I told them did not fit, though the sales rep insisted it did and said that if it did not fit, just bring it back and return it. After one day wearing the shoes, I determined it did not fit and brought it back to which they exchanged the shoe no problem. They then forced me into another shoe which I still said did not fit (was too big this time)-- sales person again said the same thing, bring it home and try it out and if it doesn't fit bring it back. I brought the shoe back and the store says they refuse to refund or swap because the shoe has been worn. Not only was I advised/pressured to make the purchase and bring it home, I was mis-led regarding the "45 day return policy with a receipt".
Customer service in this store is non-existent. Employees sit around laughing with one another and not servicing the customers in the store. On second thought, perhaps this is preferred as when I did receive help it is what led to this horrible experience.

Yvette Bryan5 StarI visited this location last week and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan and Quinn. Their customer service was beyond great. They went the extra mile to make sure I was able to find the exact sneaker I was looking for due to it being sold out almost everywhere. I was going to buy it for more money at an exclusive sneaker shop but fortunately they were able to help me locate it at retail cost with their help. I hope they get recognized and rewarded for their enthusiastic and initiative customer service!Thursday 12th January 2023
Jenna Baker5 StarIncredible experience. Upon walking in the store I was greeted and welcomed by Maya who right away asked how she can assist me. She is very professional, attentive, and overall pleasant. I explained what a terrible experience I had at another location just yesterday (Galleria Mall), trying to exchange my shoes for a bigger size. She immediately sympathized and promised a much better experience, I’ve never felt more pleased about a simple exchange. During trying the shoes on she made sure they were comfortable and true. She has incredible managerial characteristics, definitely deserves to be recognized. Once we got to the register McKenzie took care of us and completed our exchange. When I told him about yesterday’s interaction at the other location (Galleria Mall) he reassured me that it was unacceptable and unprofessional of them to handle the situation the way they did. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I’ve had at JD Sports/Finish Line, remarkable customer service and overall attitude. You can tell they take pride in their craft. Thank you Maya and McKenzie! This is now our go to location.Monday 24th January 2022
