Barbara Russo5 StarI was at Kohl’s today. I have to tell everyone I had the best experience with the young lady that works in cosmetics. Her name is Doris. She greeted me when I came into her department, She was extremely helpful. Tell me what area I had to go to to find what I was looking for. She even came over to help me in that department then she took me to her register the cash me out like I said this was in cosmetics, She was extremely nice to the customer in front of me and over the top nice to me, it was just a wonderful experience Her Name Doris thank you again for your wonderful service I give her 1000 starsSaturday 27th July 2024
Sean5 StarLove love love this Kohl’s location. Unfortunately, their sales are apparently not as great as some other store locations. However, some of the store associates like those dedicated to their roles working very hard all day and late into the night at the storefront and throughout the floor like those who went above and beyond ensuring I found all my items, could successfully apply my rewards membership card, and had an overall enjoyable shopping experience truly inspire me to visit the store and try to obtain moderate to high quality clothes. I would recommend this store to friends and family.Friday 14th June 2024
Peggy M3 StarI returned an item was purchased recently with my Kohl’s store credit card, I do not have the receipt with me. Anita at register very rudely told me that she can’t find it, gave store credit and walk off. The store wasn’t busy no other customers waiting in line. She rush off told her coworker that she is going on break. Hope management see this review and consider customer services training for Anita. 2 stars taken away for poor customer services.Sunday 14th July 2024
Robin Quintero -The Q Team-CANVAS Real Estate3 StarThis used to be my favorite store locally. A couple things have changed recently which I especially noticed today. They must’ve changed managers or the manager has been out or is out on vacation or something because the store is a mess. It used to be very well organized the right size hangers with the right size clothing. I also noticed they have very limited selection of ladies shoes. They have a lot of tennis shoes and sneakers though. I went there to purchase Father’s Day gifts for my husband. The selection of men’s clothes was either for very young men in very bright colors or older men. I did not search in the career clothes. I had a hard time locating a workout outfit for my 26 year old son in a style that I thought he would like. The styles that I thought he would like they did not have his size. On a positive note they did add an entire selection of Clark’s sandals. Personally I don’t wear them but I know they’re very popular.Thursday 16th June 2022
Janice Muenzenmaier5 StarI love my Kohl's store! The floor sales staff were pleasant and quickly found the answers to my questions. Check out was easy at the self checkout area. The lady working there helped me to remove hangers and alarm tags and reminded me about my $10 Kohl's cash that would have expired the next day. Plus I got great buys!Sunday 3rd March 2024
