On July 9 th I purchased a Carla Mancini Purse.I had the purse only a month when the stiching on the tassel came off. I took it to a shoe shop repair and they stiched it back for me. today I notice stiching is coming off on the inside of the purse now. this was not a cheap purse.i will never buy a Carla Mancini purse again. Marmi said they would give me 10 percent off on my next purchase.

There were 2 clerks in the boutique today. You don't have a welcoming experience. If the owners knew they would be very disappointed. One has been a clerk for 20 something years. She was so rude. Ugh.

On July 1st 2016, I went up to Marmi in the Town Center. I had not been shopping for quite some time. and I needed shoes. I had been ill. I was waited on by a lovely person called Sammy Lynch. She made my day. I have not gotten back to 100% strength and really needed help, without saying so. Sammy made it so pleasant and enjoyable to shop in the store. She couldn't have given me better service. I was able to find 2 pairs of shoes. One pair had to be ordered. She made it so easy for me. She suggested that I wait for her call to go into the store again. Both pairs are the same in different colors. The beige were ordered. She stated that I will probably need l little stretching in the toe area like the other pair. I will wait for my order to arrive and she will call me. I will go into the store,they will b e stretched and all will be done. I also stated that I will go with my daughter. My daughter could use some shoes. She told me that she will take good care of my daughter as well. Thank you for having people in your store that give such excellent service. Silvia Nachamie

Just visited this store. Felt very rushed and service was not friendly. Unfortunately the shoes I liked didn’t work out. I said thank you repeatedly to the woman and she either really cannot hear or was ignoring me. I said thank you at least 4 times and she sarcastically said you’re welcome in return. Oh well

Incredibly nasty Clark and horrible service all around. I was there on Saturday, January 25, 2020 around 8:30 PM. The store clerk that was there was rude, unprofessional, and insured that both myself and anyone I know will never go back.
