I come here out of convenience as it’s minutes away from home and it’s almost always something. The salami I ordered had some nastiness on it. This is after the worker gave me attitude and dragged herself across the floor to help me. When I got home and saw what was on my meat I came back to return it the customer service rep. seemed completely unfazed. Word of advice do not eat any food from a person serving you with such disdain!!
My second issue is the incompetence of the customer service reps. Two out of the five times I’ve come in for money orders the customer service rep. gets the amount wrong. I experience these women rolling their eyes, taking their sweet time, and acting like I as a customer am the problem!
GET IT TOGETHER!

Monique Jackson1 StarIf I could go less than 1 star I would. So I have been shopping at Publix for years now. I have never experienced such disappointment in Publix quick grab food like I did today. I grabbed a popcorn chicken and a chef salad the chicken was discussing and the salad tasted spoiled. Now if this was anywhere else sure , but this is Publix I'm not used to this at all. And the staff was uninviting. From now on I will go out of my way to make sure I never revisit this Publix location ever!Monday 22nd July 2024

Only issue is that the staff member making subs was extremely rude, didn't say a word to me the entire time, not even to ask what I wanted or if I wanted it toasted or anything. If I had never gotten a pub sub before I wouldn't have known what to ask for or say.Friday 3rd May 2024
