Bought boots for $81 never wore the boots, when i went to return a few days later manager genie refused to return my shoes despite of what the return policy is, shoes are in exact same condition as i bought them, i only tried on boots at my house and saw they were too small,go anywhere else for shoes, they refused to let me try them on, i got scammed, dont let yourself get scammed aswell, go ANYWHERE ELSE

Forced to buy shoes at gun point, granddaughter adornment, she had me running but gladly rescue as a sells to control showed her enormous amount of shoes all while being patient courteous and kind, although most of the shoes was out of my range of comfort of spending the associate help make and agreeable choice and I was saved and was the hero in my granddaughters eyes that speaks volume for me.

Can’t even believe the way I was spoken to by one of the employees today - her name was Casey. Even the other associate (who was very sweet) repeatedly had to tell her to stop and calm down. I have never ever been treated so disrespectfully and rude by an employee at any store. The fact this girl has a job there is beyond me. But I’m sure she won’t for long. My daughter was LOOKING at the pop it’s and socks at the front while I was waiting in line to pay she yelled saying if she open anything I would HAVE to pay for it. Which yes that’s fair but my daughter was doing nothing like that and she certainly didn’t need to raise her voice at me. Then 2 minutes later my daughter touched a pop it and she SCREAMED at me that I need to learn how to control my kid! And I have to pay for what she touched. (She did not open anything she was looking at the items - which is how I responded to her. ) She turned around and kept running her mouth quietly to the customer she was ringing up. 2 minutes later I told her I hope she has a blessed day as I walked out and her response was “are you still talking?” With such a smug on her face. I just laughed thinking it must be hard to be that miserable with your life. But i have to keep in mind I was the only white person in the store so naturally I would be the one disrespected. Needless to say Awful awful customer service.

Djina was extremely helpful kind and through you should definitely give her a raise! I'll choose Rackroom over footlocker anyday because of her! What a doll she made an annoying shopping outing a pleasure and I absolutely love my shoes she picked out best pair I've ever owned I'll be back for sure!
