Horrible experience. I went here planning to buy some new shoes but I couldn’t find my size and so like any normal person would I was moving boxes around to find my size. It’s not like I was just putting those boxes on the floor I was moving them on the shelf as any normal person looking for shoes would do but the lady decided to shadow over me and tell me I’m messing everything up treating me like an incompetent child and not letting my look for my size in shoes I was interested in. I also was not currently near my house and had other plans that night so I was trying to buy a pair of shoes but apparently she decided to be extremely rude to me simply because I did not have any shoes on. The workers here are extremely rude do not recommend this place to anyone, just go to a different shoe store and give them your business instead, that’s what I did I didn’t even buy some shoes I had finally found with there complete lack of bigger sizes than size 9 in anything good. They don’t deserve your business. Go elsewhere.

if you know what you want go in and out one particular staff never friendly I always look for her so I can avoid her...but selections clearance or otherwise pretty decent

Called to make sure they have size. They confirmed. Drove 35 min each way just for the shoes and when I get there, the lady made a mistake and they didn’t have size. Yes , it’s a mistake that I had to spend in driving over an hour with gas at $5. Not even an apology.

We were there on 10/23/2021 at 11am and I did not buy anything because the customer service was extremely bad. Perhaps this information will be helpful in putting people with strong customer service skills to the fore. Maybe so you can sell more.
