The manager John & his co worker (sorry forgot his name)was really accommodating to my issue with my leaking apex work boot. They wanted to keep the faulty boot to test it. But I didn't have another pair for work . So John went ahead and warrant my boots, so i could just be on my way. My personal opinion, i dont like that boot not being puncture proof and the boa system being on the side of the boot . I went ahead and paid the difference and got elite exos series boa which i had once before . Thanks yall. i will continue to do business with you all.

I've been buying redwing boots for almost 8 years now for work and lately they've been falling apart . Went to the margate store with 2 pairs boots that were falling apart. One of them was 6 months from the day I got them . I spoke to John the manager and he refused to do anything for me. His excuse was I didn't maintain the boot even though all I do is go to work with them. Anything to not honor the 12 month warranty. I will no longer be buying or recommending red wings.

Just bought a pair of pull on work boots, I’ve shopped at a few different locations over the years and the customer service I received from Clayton and Louis, went far above what was expected, they literally waited on me hand and foot, took about 30 minutes which mostly my fault, it felt like they weren’t satisfied until I had the best work boot. On a lesser note, don’t be surprised when their “ultimate fit experience” recommends their most expensive everything.
