Donavan Martin5 StarIt was a pleasure to walk into the sketchers store on Commercial Blvd, in Oakland Park, Florida, and be greeted by Nicki. What a different from the store I visit in Freeport New York yesterday. Nicki have the customer service skills and much more to offer like going around to all the other stores and train the staff how to approach customers and customers service. If She find the time for each and every customer that’s enter the store at any given time. She also was working with another young lady store they make a good team.
