It's so nice when someone goes out of their way to help someone, when they don't even have to. I was at the back of a looooong line (4th of July), and Nicolette P (I think that was her name) noticed I was holding a bag with an exact exchange in it, so she took the receipt, checked the items, and let me go, saving me about 20 minutes of standing in line. So many cashiers would normally just ignore it and not care, but she made the extra effort, and I really appreciate it. ❤️

This store offers slow customer service with long lines extending across the store at all times with long waiting times due to poor management. Recently they decided to close their rest rooms to the public. The manager was rude, she told me customers will need to use the rest rooms in the mall. What a disservice to their customers. Stay away from this store.

Awful service and staff! I usually love tJ MAXX stores. This one wouldn’t allow me to take the Cart out and offers NO extra help for this and NO solution for the heavy packages. Even when I had 2 full carts and hd spent $400+ . The manager washed her hands andd just said “that’s our policy” NEVER returning. NOT worth it

I seem to always find a thing or three that I cannot live without when I shop at TJMaxx; and at a great price too!!! The Coral Ridge Mall location is the location for this review. Yesterday, I was specifically shopping for a pair of silver hoop earrings. Gloria was working in the jewelry department and she was absolutely wonderful! I chose several pairs to try on. She was attentive and communicative; patient and kind. EXACTLY the kind of customer service that will bring me back again!! Thanks so much Gloria!!
