I absolutely love coming to this Target location!! I normally only use the Drive Up option. The process is so quick and I usually get the same person, Shelly. She has such an AMAZING personality and makes each visit a great experience!!! I absolutely recommend trying the Drive Up option if you haven’t tried it yet.

Went there just for seventh generation 90oz fabric softener. It was in stock with plenty available. Cashier smiled and greeted me. She also thanked me at the end. I used the ladies room while there and it was very clean and there was toilet paper and paper towels.

Visited the Target Plantation store, I had the pleasure of encountering with Chrissy, she was pleasant and assisted me in cashing out also showed me how to navigate the app and educated me on how to earn rewards and keep track of my spending. Items purchased were great quality. Store was super clean friendly staff. Thanks Target for providing me with white glove service best experience I have had in a store.

The Target in the Plantation neighborhood is charging customers full price at the cash register. Check your receipts. I had the cashier correct every item I had purchased. The customer before me had to do the same thing as well. Sale item prices are not ringing up. All of my sale items rung up full price. Prices on the Target app and the prices advertise in the toy aisles do not match with the “cash register price”. Check all your receipts. They are also having a problem with their IT system. It is not crediting the “Spend $100 Get $25 back” promotion on selected toys. After speaking with five employees, I was told they are aware of the problem, however They are not sharing this information with customers. I was told to bring my receipt back on another day for the credit. Why aren’t all customers being told this information? Why did it take me 30 minutes and five employees to get this answer? I have been to this store three times and had the same experience with every shopping trip. Today was my second Last!

Very difficult to use Target Circle. I'm 76 years old, not good with a cell phone. I purchased $195 of goods at Target in Plantation on Saturday. Upon checkout I was not able to get my Gift Card Rewards for making $50 purchases in home essentials because I did not have the Target app on my phone. I had hit the apply button at my home computer where I have my Target account and thought all I had to do was provide my phone number upon checkout. They said I needed some code on my phone. I tried for 45 minutes to figure out a way to get that code on my phone but could not login to my Target account because I did not have my password with me as it is stored only on my home computer. Plantation Target Customer Service was NO HELP AT ALL. They should have been able to provide my $15 Gift card but declined to do so or help me with my Target account. I asked to leave my cart at Customer Service so I could go home to retrieve the code needed from my computer but they said that if I left my cart they would return all my items to the store shelves. I ended up putting my cart in the clothing department, driving home to print up the needed code from my computer, returning to the store and then checking out. I finally got the $15 reward but the checkout failed to honor a $10 reward for purchasing three Tidy Cat Items so I had to go back to Customer Service where the same person Lenny was obstinate. Luckily I had pulled the reward sticker from the shelf when I got the 3 Tidy Cat Items and showed it to him, explaining that these stickers were all over the shelves with the Tidy Cat items. He decided he had to go check for himself and walked to the other end of the store to Pet Supplies to find that I was right. Lenny took a LONG time to get back to customer service and only then did he give me the $10 I deserved. I started shopping at Target at 4:15 on Saturday and after all my troubles and need to return home to get the Circle Code finished up at 6:30. My wife was angry I wasted over two hours shopping at Target. I’m mad too. It should have taken a half hour. Target used to be a friendly helpful place to shop. Not anymore.
