In particular Bryan at the self checkout went over and beyond to help me and other customers. He made the checkout easy, quick and was very kind helping me figure out machine.Wednesday 22nd May 2024
Franklin Parks3 StarIt’s ok little crazy with the lack of cashiers during spring break and on a weekend. Got to have more than 5 registers open. Dog poop on the floor so maintenance is lacking here. Gary1 StarThe employees are rude as hell here. The cashiers here would put a postal clerk to shame for snarky passive aggressive behavior. Publix has better customer service and better food. The entire store is a disheveled mess.The cashiers are lazy and take out their frustrations on customers. The store is also filthy and unsafe. Predators lurk in the parking lot and solicit money and rob people.Sunday 14th April 2024
