I bought two silicones and had in my hand the empty container of the silicone I was looking for, which does not exist in the store. The person who controls the self-checkout came to me to complain that I was carrying three and paying for two. When he saw the error, he didn't say anything else. I understand that you are doing your job and there are many dishonest people who are going to buy, but it is annoying that they treat me as a thief... paying for expensive products with bad customer service and also receiving that treatment Kim is the only Customer Service Rep that took the time to help me with an store offer that had knowledge of a store discount taking place. Two other employees gave me bad information and left me feeling like I was being brushed off. Kim was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile fir me, a customer.

One of the best HD in the area. Sue at Pro desk is the best. More recently Sierra at the checkout and the manager Fernando helped me with a Milwaukee pack out purchase that was above and beyond expectations.

Rented a chainsaw for 4 hours on Saturday, system was down during pickup and drop off, they had to reboot while I wait. 3 days later I’m still trying to get the ticket closed with customer service. Decent chainsaw but worst experience ever, still on hold waiting for a manager. Zero stars really, but that’s not an option. Great staff, trash computer system.

That there wasn’t anymore of the kind I was looking for she told me to go up front. And they can call the n lauderdale store and see if they have that last one, so I went up to the front and the person up front was so rude to me and. To the lady before me. I would say more but. I would rather talk to a manager
