I spoke to 2 employees a total of 3 times over 20 minutes and both promised to send someone to help me. No one showed up any of the times. I went home and purchased the same items online in 10 minutes. During this time, several other employees walked by, heads down, and would not even acknowledge me. Please get some helpful employees! I checked out with Valerie C. and she was very pleasant and took the time to write down the remaining balance on my e-giftcard. That is the extra mile I appreciate to show the customer she cares about the customer experience. She also saw that I was having some dificulty and came right over to assist.

You can always find what you are looking for at this Home Depot. Always well stocked. Friendly staff team. I was looking for outdoor ceiling fans. They have several.

What happened to Homedepot as a whole?! It use to be crawling with employees ready to help. Now it makes Lowe's look like it is fully staffed. I have been waiting 30 minutes and counting to have 2 cuts done. My super simple project could have been done by now. Listen up Homedepot. Hire more employees. This is ridiculous!

Okay so, I bought a dewalt impact/hammer drill kit and a multi tool, and the impact was having issues with going in reverse, for instance. When I'm putting switch plates on sometimes I go to tight almost cracking the plate itself so I immediately put the impact in reverse to back out a little but it would keep going forward, breaking the plate, and keep in mind the impacts in reverse. Now working the impact a little you could get it to kinda quit acting up but it was consistently getting worse. Then there's the multi tool that was having battery connection issues, I assume, from the get go. So I took these tools back in hoping i could atleast exchange and customer service was beyond accommodating! They where very polite and helped exchange my tools in a matter or 20 or so minutes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everybody has their local Home Depot. And everybody has their favorite Home Depot and my favorite is Delray Beach on Waterford Place. It’s just the well stocked well staffed well lit well cleaned and well run aspects that I appreciate. I definitely also appreciate the personal recognition and friendliness of the staff and one that stands out in excellence is Jennifer in the customer service department. She always remembers me. She always speaks to me by name, greets me with a smile, asks me about my family. Asks me what I'm working on…, She’s like seeing a sister there when I go.… she’s always cheerful and she’s always helpful. She’s just a bright spot in my day and I will drive s few extra miles to that store because if her and the other factors too. So when you go in there, say hello to Jennifer in Customer Service… she will make your day. I guarantee it. she works with the greatest attitude because she loves her job and you can tell! People who love what they do exude that in every area and it’s just a joy to go in there and have everything always available to me and if not, the help is nearby to find it or explain alternatives for me and the management is just great. They schedule people all the time around the open hours so that you are never in a Ghost Town like some other Home Depot’s where you can’t find any help on the floor. I highly recommend this store. Stop in and say hello to Jennifer! And Tameka too, the store manager. She is as sharp and professional and customer oriented as you can get!
