I am new to the area, I have chosen Walgreens for my pharmacy. I must say from the front of the store to picking up a couple things every visit has been pleasant and hospitable. Never have I ever had a bad experience with a person. Also I to visit the liquor store, unfortunately I believe there are ways for the workers to become acquainted with their products a bit more. 100% customer satisfaction

The pharmacy is not very quick and the customer service is awful! Had to wait 41 minutes in the drive-thru! Needed the meds so I had to wait. Not the first time this has happened 😠

Seriously may be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The ladies are so rude. They put their personal problems on the patients of people just trying to receive medication. Worst service I’ve experienced. Rude comments every time I walk in or call. Seriously need to work on staffing there

The pharmacy staff is unprofessional and quick to rush you off. The wait time to get attended is ridiculous. This is the worst walgreens pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

Pharmacist Ron, thank you so very much, you were great! Your coworkers on the other hand were very rude and unwilling to help me. I was told my prescription was faxed to Walmart for a transfer at 5:13 p.m. After arriving at Walmart after 6 p.m to pick up my prescription, I was told that they have yet to receive the transfer of prescription. I called the store and told them Walmart stated they were waiting for the prescription and female pharmacist at this location, who failed to state her name, told me to ask them what they meant by that…and as I’m attempting to get an answer to her she very abruptly said “I have to go, when you get the answer call back, cause I gotta go”. If there was an emergency I do believe that putting me on hold would have been reasonable but the way she went about this situation was very unprofessional. She made it seem as though they should have it because it was faxed, but after calling back and speaking to another female pharmacist, she told me that they sent the fax only 20 minutes ago and if Walmart doesn’t have it…I have to wait. She then ended the call without asking if there was anything else I needed. Meaning it wasn’t sent when I spoke to the first employee, who didn’t even allow me to get clarification to her. Neither of them wanted to check or even make sure the fax was sent or try to help me get my prescription. I was at Walmart for over an hour and a half due to their terrible customer service.
