This is by far the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. Always so rude and robotic and unprofessional. Completely lacking any compassion or understanding. It's shocking really. The Pharmacist is literally a heartless cold piece of stone. She thinks she is all powerful and overrides the Dr because it's fun for her. She refuses to fill a medication that I have one pill left of, which I can die from stopping cold turkey, simply because my License still says I live in Boca Raton when I now live in Coconut Creek (5 minutes south of Boca) and haven't had the ability to update my license yet because the DMV won't allow me to update online, it requires I come in to get a Real ID so I need my passport, social security card, and two pieces of mail with address. I've been waiting for my passport to be renewed. It takes time. But this heartless despicable woman could care less. Because of the stupidest technicality ever such as my prior address still being on my license. Way to be a stickler, good for her, hope she feels great about herself. Not! She knows I have one pill left and can die if I just stop all of a sudden. I told her my brother died, that I got divorced and much more all in the last few months and it hasn't been easy to get into the DMV with the necessary documents. Regardless it's disgusting and appalling that someone knows they have your life in their hands and refuses to provide you with the meds you are ENTITLED to because your Anesthetist Pain Mgmt Physician ordered it for you. But this piece of work always fights the Dr's orders and always gives you a hard time and always sits there judging you when she has no clue what you're going through. I know the woman thinks I'm rude, but she deserved everything I said to her and then some. If I end up in the hospital because of severe withdrawal symptoms because of her negligence, I am going to sue. This heathen is such a robot that such a simple technicality as my license showing that I still live 10 minutes away instead of 5 minutes away causes her to send you away to potentially die from stopping this medication suddenly. It's laughable if it wasn't so horrible. So now I'm sitting here terrified and shaking because I'm going to run out of medication I've been on for 2 years because of a holier than thou self righteous Pharmacist who thinks she's the almighty powerful. Makes me sick that people think they can take chances with a person's life like that. It's appalling

They override the doctors orders and give patients the HARDEST time regardless. They will fight the doctor as if people never have dosing changes. They are the worst pharmacy ive ever dealt with. My regular pharmacist had a distributor issue and I was forced into using this pharmacy. They will judge you and be as nasty as they possibly be. They told me to have my doctor call in for approval and they literally told my doctor that travel windows arent allowed.

As usual the navy Federal ATM 🏧 is "not in service" its been out of service every month for the past year and a half. Not only is it misleading! But its really annoying and time consuming! The staff isn't too pleasant either

Seriously, what's with the ac vent spewing dust at the pharmacy, of all places? The staff here must be very patient and tolerant. All other vents look clean.

Just when I thought this location could not get worse… it did! They have brought a new pharmacist who is rude to her staff, customers and when I needed to consult with her, she did not know how to properly answer the question which is very concerning. Don’t bother consulting with this pharmacist. You will walk out as confused as you walked in! She doesn’t sound as an educated pharmacist. I’m out of there! I’m not taking a gamble with this pharmacist handling my med refills. It’s just a disaster ready to happen.
