Multiple times this past year they have gotten my prescription order wrong. Even when I call to double check it, they get it wrong. Once they gave me allergy pills that had NO refill instead of the medication that I needed. They also said my doc didn’t call in a medication and it had been there the whole time. This last time they gave me two of the exact same prescription and left off one I needed. So after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I had to turn around and GO IN to get the right one. Also the female pharmacist is not nice at all. I called to ask about a side effect to a medication one time and she was so rude. As she hung up she said ,”This is why I hate to answer the phone here.” I used to love Walgreen’s. This particular location is horrible. I would go to CVS but I hear they are even worse. 😬😬

UPDATE: Feb 2024- The pharmacy has changed so much over the years, and I can say that almost every single visit is a pleasant one; especially if you happen to be helped by Aris. She is so sweet, always has a smile on her face, and she's been great at resolving any issues I may have. While there continue to be new faces, the ones I've gotten to know have been wonderful people. Another honorable mention is Wendi, who I am adding a picture of as well. She has a smile from ear to ear, is extremely sweet and helpful ❤️ I'll be adding a photo of Aris ☺️ She's the best! The pharmacy is in a really convenient location, and while you may sit in line if the pharmacy is busy, the employees truly work as quickly as possible to get your medications ready for you! The manager Nicoli,I might be spelling it wrong, but he is absolutely wonderful! I dropped off scripts due to catching COVID (3rd times a charm), and unfortunately, only one medication was put through the system. He apologized profusely and made sure the other 2 medications would be ready within minutes, and he kept his word. It may get busy back there often, but they truly are wonderful people who want to help!

They don't care about your health here. It's like they hired all the horrible people with bad customer service skills from the CVS across the street. Absolutely the worst, guess I need to drive further for a more competent pharmacy.

Pharmacy is very unorganized said my medication was being filled in 15 mins came back two hours later still not filled then waited another 20… staff were very rude as well and unprofessional

Manager’s attitude is as foul as the smell of piss coming from the open door of the restroom hallway. I went to return some items and was given such a hard time for what I thought would be a simple transaction. I never plan on returning to this unkempt location again.
