This WAS my local Walgreens I would stop in weekly until now. The attitude the employees give to the customer clearly mirrors management’s attitude. I recently purchased items when they had. Bogo sale. 3 days later I went to this same location for an even exchange since I realized I purchased the wrong color. The cashier insisted I pay more for the item since that sale was no longer available. I explained that it’s an even swap and supplied the receipt showing the amount. She became aggressively nasty and told the manager “Carrie” to help me since she refused. Carrie the manager was irritated and rolled her eyes several times and did not want to do the exchange and insisted I pay more for the product. All I wanted was an even exchange for the same merchandise. The look and the stare down I received from this manager was unacceptable and Walgreens should really do a better job as to who they hire for these positions which noticeably carries down to the rest of the team. Great job Walgreens for hiring the bottom of the barrel.

Walgreens Photo + Tech If you have a Photo + Tech project to do. passport photos, prints enlargement, cards and calendars, just to name a few. Carrie at Walgreens 1005 South Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach Florida, is highly recommended and experience to help you. My project wasn’t ordinary because I was working on a loved one’s obituary. Carrie felt my frustration as I struggled to explain my situation. She expressed her condolences in reference to the loss of our loved one and went to work to get my project done. Nothing good comes easy, so when the printer wouldn’t print and the paper kept jamming; Carrie didn’t quit. She smile at me and said, “ No worries l can fix it.” She was very patience and understanding, and never once was she demanding. Carrie completed this project by herself. I had no experience and couldn’t offer any help. A bright star is always shining, every dark cloud has a sliver lining, and the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Carrie I’m so thankful you were mine. I didn’t get paid to write this review. So I have no reason to B S you. If you looked at the photo’s and saw her finish product you will understand why I gave Carrie five stars and two thumbs up !!!

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for about 4 years now! Never had a problem until today! They had the prescription for about 45 min when I tried to pick up they asked we go back in 20! In 20 min when we showed up they said another half hour because of lunch! Well lunch was 45 min and they were rude and unprofessional!! I’m taking my business elsewhere !

The photo department is a joke. Every time I go there they don’t have the stuff to make my order and they never inform me of that the machine is either broken or they have to wait for somebody to deliver paper or I place the order and I have to call back to find out that they don’t have what they need to make the order. Extremely frustrating they won’t even send it to another Walgreens for me so I can get it.

Terrible service at pharmacy, turned in script at 4 o’clock told me to come back in an hour showed up three minutes late and then tell me they were close and couldn’t give me my script. Terrible service even though she was still there.
