Purchased a $200 Visa debit gift card at this location. On January 9th 2024. card was used the next morning at 5 AM. At a different Walgreens location and cleaned up the entire $200 balance. I'm getting no help from the store I'm getting 0 help from the vanilla. Issuing company of the card and after filing BSO police report was told there is little to no chance of finding perpetrator's. do not ever buy gift cards at walbrings.

Walgreens has a 24 hours open store on palmetto and 441 . And you can buy all household items abd food and always 4 double role of bounty paper towels which is 8 rolls at the sale price off $8.99 and but one get one free on all coke and Pepsi 2 at bottles. This review is for UM Health Care located inside of this Walgreen’s location: If able, ZERO STARS would be given. An appointment was made and basic information was provided; name, address, insurance info. etc.... I was provided a time and showed up as requested, 10 minutes prior. No one was there to greet me. A pharmacy employee advised to sign in on a computer located to the side, with no signage. 30 minutes after my arrival a patient exited. After another 5 minutes, I was still not greeted and made my way to the office door and inquired. I was told I didn't have an appointment first, then was told that my insurance was not accepted. At that time I was dismissed, very unprofessionally. Had the appointment website been properly set up, I would have known prior to confirming my appointment, that my insurance was not accepted and not have wasted my time. Walgreen's uses my insurance, so why would it be questioned that the clinic inside would not. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never consider UM Health Care anytime in the future. I felt so disrespected, that I may not continue to use Walgreen's in the future either. Again, ZERO STARS if available...... It should be noted that the Walgreen’s Pharmacy staff were very helpful, even though they are not associated with UMHC.
