This has been my favorite pharmacy for all my prescriptions and my vaccins (Covid, Flu, Shingrix, etc) for many years. The pharmacist and the assistants are competent, efficient and courteous. The general store is beautiful and well organized. The employees at the checkout counter, are OK. But there is one lady, Julie, who has been working there since 2005, who is very nice, courteous and always ready to help the customers (See last picture)!

🥰 I showed up at 8:45 PM. They were able to take my passport photo and print it. All three staff members were very nice and courteous to all customers even the mob of teenagers . Majority of people only leave comments when they're mad. So multiply mine comment by 10.

This is hands down got to be the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I've ever had to use. For the past 30 years, I have always used Walgreens as my primary pharmacy and never have i had issues like i do with this particular Walgreens Pharmacy (Store#5433) Twice in the last 3 months I have gotten alerts from this specific Walgreens that my medications were ready for pickup. I have no car so I have to walk almost 2 miles each way just to get there only to find out that not only was my medication NOT ready for pickup, but that they can't find it either and would thus have to be reordered. And this just happened to me yet again two weeks ago with a totally different medication. This time I had called first before leaving and after waiting on hold the typical 45 minutes, they finally answered and verified that my medication was indeed ready to pickup and was told to come in. After walking for two miles to get to the store the young foreign girl that can barely speak English saw and said it was ready for me to pick up in the computer, yet she couldn't find it anywhere in the bins. Once again they would have to reorder my medication. Something that any other pharmacy would have had and filled within 24 hours, this Walgreens due to errors and incompetence, took me 2 weeks to get. Who in your pharmacy handles this because it happens frequently and is definitely an ongoing issue isolated to just your store. I've been in this store 3 separate times before where I’ve witnessed and overheard customers complaining of this exact same issue when they were trying to pick up their medications - so it's not just me. The feedback left for this store from other customers speaks volumes as to how this store operates. This particular Walgreens never has even the most basic of prescriptions in stock either. 9 out of every 10 medications I try to get filled here end up delayed and take days to get filled since they have to be ordered. Even at other Walgreens or even Publix, if I've ever needed a medication that is out of stock (not backordered), they have always been able to order it and have it ready for pickup by the next business day. But no,....Definitely not at this Walgerens! This pharmacy doesn’t listen and they most assuredly don’t care. And there is always a huge line every single time I’m in the store at the pharmacy window. Ive counted upward of ten people standing in line waiting to be served and they have one employee that barely speaks English serving one person slowly at a time. Whats worse is there are several other techs or employees back there just talking ignoring everyone. What happened to IC3 ?More like I SEE TEN AND DON’T CARE. No other Walgreens Ive ever used in the last 30 plus years has ever been this disorganized and unaccommodating. Calling them is almost futile cause it takes a minimum 20-30 min on hold to finally reach anyone. I can't even count how many times I've been on hold for an extended period of time only to be ultimately hung up on. Last week my provider called me up and said he was on hold, AS A PHYSICIAN, for over 45 minutes waiting and that he couldnt call in my anxiety medication for me since he had to see a patient. You keep even the doctors on hold for an absurd amount of time. Again, no other Walgreens is like this but this one. Ive actually found a rather easy solution for all of this and I encourage anyone having similar difficulties to try out: AMAZON PHARMACY.... Ive been steadily transferring and/or requesting new refills from my provider be electronically submitted to amazon pharmacy. Ive gotten every medication ive submitted to them filled and delivered next day delivery for free.

As of this date I can still confirm the pharmacist are still extremely rude. I was recently prescribe adderall and was aware walking in of the adderall shortage so I made sure I was extremely patient. 3 weeks ago I came in and they said they wouldn’t have adderall in stock till feb 9th at the earliest. So I decided to wait a week from feb 9th to make sure they had it in stock. When i came in today (feb 16). The lady said that they do not have any Adderall in stock. I had to press her and say you guys told me you would have it by Feb 9. They did in fact have Adderall in stock and told me to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled. I waited over 45 minutes and came back. They informed me it was still not ready so I politely asked how much longer and the main pharmacist rolled his eyes and said aggressively “we are working on it!” I press again and said I have work so how much longer? He stared at me like he was about to punch me in the face and said 10 minutes. I ended up getting my prescription but not without feeling like I was the bad guy for getting MY PRESCRIPTION. This is the only pharmacy my insurance will take so I guess I’m going to have to be dealing with this a lot more!

I am so delighted to say that this is my second and last time that I pick up my prescribed medication at this pharmacy. The pharmacist is so rude that she was angry when I asked questions, and she assumes everything I needed. What a really bad attitude. As a teacher, I can't imagine treating my students like this. I would have changed my occupation. Besides this, the quiality of my monthly medicine decreased when I requested it to be sent to Walgreens. I'm back to CVS. I should have read the reviews first.
