This is our pharmacy. We’ve been going to this Walgreens for many years to get all our prescriptions and immunizations. Many times, Dr. Ileana and the other pharmacists and staff have gone above and beyond to assist. Techs, such as Dilruba and Brianna, are friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Keep up the excellent work!

I am fuming, just left the store and there is a young lady at the register who needs schooling on customer service. Very unpleasant, the lady behind told her to smile. I asked her about the coupons for the cholates and she told me i had to clip them which was fine. I decided to skip the coupons and pay full price what ticked me off she told there are people in front of me and I told her no, she made it a point to ask the people behind me if 'I were in front of them?' I am a grown woman with 2 adult sons she made me feel like a lying 10 yr old child. She hates her job and it reflects on her customer service.

Worst staff in the world! The head pharmacist is a real problem, and I have been diagnosed with lupus and an erray of other serious autoimmune diseases. This is only happening at this store. I've had medication be on back order, or too soon to refill due to their mistakes on their flawed app.and medication refilled I never had filled.I have been in some type of hell dealing with this unreliable, unpredictable pharmacy at least 12x I'm the past year. They are very clicky and the pharmacist is not a leader. I wouldn't recommend this particular Walgreens to anyone who has serious problems and need medication bc you'll run into judgements unwarranted just bc the rx you may take. I am also never early for my scripts They claim to the insurance but several times they have been caught not dispersing medication 😑 fraud at the highest

I understand places are understaffed but when a prescription is promised in 2 hours and you go back 4 hours later after a 20 minute wait in line to be told it will be another 20 min? But not 3 minutes after pulling away, “it was ready”. I’m not very happy.

I am so disgusted by how I was just treated at this location. The cashier who had her hood up shankeria or however you spelled it was so nasty to my sister and I. She was extremely disrespectful and had no customer service skills at all. She was very aggressive for no reason. We felt very threatened by her behavior. She was very unprofessional. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by any employee anywhere. Do better
