I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Pharmacy staff at this location. They are always helpful, patient, and willing to answer any questions you have or help you find a better payment option that fits your budget.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. In January, I had a prescription for 42 pills. They gave me 28 saying my insurance does not fill more than 30 pills in a month. So why did they only give me 28, especially when 2 months before, they gave me the entire 42. So I asked if I have to pay an additional co pay, they said yes. Also, my wife just got a prescription last week for 120 pills. Now today, they no longer take my insurance! Terrible! Never again Walgreens

I understand you are busy BUT they know NOTHING about their services, and they get snippey with people who, when faced a question they don’t know, hang up on you and claim you were being mean… asking a pharmacy question to a technician! The person talking OBVIOUSLY had a language barrier and should have asked me to hold so they could ask someone who knows. I’ve been going here for years and before Covid it wasn’t so awful, but now….

Your ignorant manager on Sunday night at this store. Refuse to honor a dollar in a quarter coupon. You're ignorant, I'll never go back to this store. You've got nothing but one star reviews. shame on, you learn how to treat people.

Pharmacy never fails to provide terrible customer service. I needed my ADHD medication and for those of you who don’t know (it’s taken daily). I couldn’t get to the store until right before closing because my doctor sent it in really late or else I wouldn’t pull up to the pharmacy at 8:58 when they close at 9. There was two people working and only one customer in the store so I was ignored for almost 5 minutes. I originally was told I had to pay full price for my prescription (insurance didn’t cover it) which is fine, but I had an RX coupon. They processed the coupon but it was never reflected on my Walgreens account. I didn’t want to take any more if their time so I told them I would just pay the full amount and have Walgreens process the $80 difference. I didn’t have my physical debit card on me and I always use express pay for this reason. I asked them to give me one minute to enter in my information. I PAID $350 for my prescription and handed her my phone to scan my express payment pass. She was trying to go back and fourth with me about it when I kept repeating that I don’t care about the difference right now I need my script and I’ll worry about the refund later. I HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT on my bank statement and the express pass, which doesn’t process without the payment going though. She wouldn’t give me my prescription which is absolutely mind blowing to me. I ended up leaving without my script and I am furious. I contacted the store and the employee that I talked to is the shift lead so she told me a manager will contact me first thing in the morning. Best believe I will be sitting outside at 8:50 AM to get my script when they open at 9AM because I needed it tonight. I cannot be taking my medication later than 8AM or I can’t sleep. The staff always treats me like they have something better to do or don’t want to be there. They have no consideration for their customers. I will be forwarding this message to corporate and I’ll never go there again. Oh and if you go to this location make sure that you get there at least 30 minutes before close because anything after that they wont accomodate you. I’ve had this happen multiple times when I will arrive. no later than 15 till closing.
