Tonight was my second visit to this Walgreens store to pick up prescriptions for my 91 year old mother. The service was fast and accurate. The pharmacy technicians on both occasions demonstrated great training by providing excellent services when the clinic called the prescription to the wrong location both times. They were expeditious transferring the prescriptions so I didn’t have to drive to another store. All this was done in less than 15 minutes from my arrival both times.

Staff is not unpleasant, but those medals hanging on the wall are definitely not for winning any races. Ridiculous wait times. It’s always “10 minutes.” 30 minutes later… they still haven’t even filled your prescription after you waited in line AGAIN. Always out of stock on basic medications and dosages. Understaffed.

Today was my first visit to the Royal Palm Walgreens in Coral Springs. The visit was a wow!! I walked into the store and headed towards the pharmacy. The store was clean and very organized. I walked towards the pharmacy for my vaccine appointment and was amazed at the refrigerated and frozen food section. I was stunned by the beautiful and engaging advertising on the glass doors. It was so well done and tasteful, I had to take pictures after my appointment. The Pharmacist, vaccine technician and all the Pharmacy staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend this Walgreens location to anyone looking for a flu shot, vaccine or to get their prescription filled. I do not know if the advertising is at all of the Walgreen's, but this one it looked amazing and definitely catchy. I give it two thumbs up for whoever, came up with this idea.

I am a provider, I have a patient who speaks Spanish, and she was told, I did not sent sent any medication, I personally called the pharmacy, and the pharmacist told me that since the patient did not speak English, they could not help her. , and she has to find someone who speak English. This type of response is frustrating for a patient, when there are many methods of communication or how to identify a patient. There is no empathy or cultural competence in the answers the pharmacist gave me. I feel very sorry for the patients who do not speak English and who live in that area, it is a shame, not being able to put yourself in the patient's shoes.

Thanks so much!! The shop very neat, the employees very friendly, but I think the pharmacy should improve the attention with the customer, I know they can give a better service..
