The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. Almost all staff members are rude. They don’t know how to smile. Do not use the delivery. Today was the third time I wanted my medication delivered because I’m not feeling well and the third time they are telling me the courier canceled on them. But in the app it said it was out for delivery. I have been waiting all day. The staff members are not very compassionate. There is another medicine I needed that’s been out of stock everyday they have been telling me we will order it but they didn’t . Next day they tell me the same thing. This is people’s health. Im not asking for coffee. People need their medicine. Then there was another time I got sick and couldn’t leave the house so I chose same day delivery. It showed out for delivery but never arrived. I called Walgreens and as always they sound so bothered when you speak to them. She the tells me the courier canceled and never picked up the prescription. It would have been nice to know. Again people need their medication I’m not ordering grocery’s. Next day I go to the pharmacy to pick it up and they tell me it was already picked up. I explained to the lady that I called last night and the courier canceled last. Night. She went back and forth with me and told me she doesn’t have it. Again rude staff. I asked her again to check. And there it was my medication. She almost send me away again without my medication. She clearly saw how sick I was and she goes back and forth with me. They need to hire some compassionate staff. Especially in that industry. This is the third time I asked for delivery and it wasn’t delivered. They need to make changes to the delivery part and hire customer service friendly staff. I see a lot of bad reviews regarding Walgreens pharmacy. I think I’ll switch to cvs. Walgreens store 4601 N state road 7 Coconut creek fl 33073

The drive-through at this location is the absolute worst. I waited for 15 minutes only to be told by some gen-z clerk that she already came to the window once. Huh? I was right there and NO ONE came. I guess all she expects is to be paid just for showing up, much like the participation trophy her mommy and daddy always gave her. No work ethic whatsoever. My advice, go inside where an adult with responsibility will assure you’re taken care of and gen-z kids can’t disrespect their elders.

The worse Walgreens ever. I ordered 6 items online for in store pick up. 2 of the items they didn't have in stock. Even though I checked allow substitutions they didn't substitute. I asked why and they said the last time they did the customer got mad. I told them if they were concerned they should have called me. I also have to wait 3-5 days for my Walgreens cash to go back to my account. I cancelled the order and used Walgreens cash to pay. A waste of my time and gas. The woman that helped me was the older woman who always has a scowl on her face. She always has an attitude and bad customer service. She is a team lead or assistant manager. She should be fired!

2 major issues. 1) the drive thru is the slowest in industry. my average wait is over 22 minutes in a line of 2 cars. I just waited 24 minutes and they still didn’t finish the first car in line. SLOW. 2) they never respect you turning off auto refills. you can turn them off every month and you will get peppered daily with new unwanted refill notifications

The drive-thru at this location will tell your medicine will be ready in 15 minutes then you go back down there 15 minutes to an hour later and they say oh it's not ready yet or we're out why would you not do your job the first time and this has happened multiple times it's not a one-off if you don't like working there then quit
