Til Welt1 StarWorst Walgreen's I've ever been to. I asked the tall blond guy where I could find this thing, is it around here?
He looked at me and said, "Yeah, around here. And he walked by. So I asked him do you work here? I asked you to help me find this thing. Only after that did he decide to look it up for me. I note that there were no customers in the store, this employee was not busy, he was just lazy and arrogant.Sunday 26th May 2024
Pierre Ceballos5 StarLike all Walgreens, great location and short lines. Love coming here for any pharmacy needs.Sunday 2nd July 2023
Beatriz Lobo1 StarI have been a long time customer at this pharmacy. Had previously reviewed this pharmacy 5 stars due to kind & expedient customer service.
Over the last two days, the treatment I got over the phone from personnel was so demeaning and unprofessional, all in response to simple questions and clarifications that could have otherwise been addressed with simple answers.Tuesday 10th October 2023
Matthew Otis1 StarI literally never write reviews but my experience here was so bad that I felt the need to justify some of the other comments about the pharmacy. I just moved here and asked for some clarity of getting a prescription filled and was told “if you don’t like it go fill it somewhere else.”
I was absolutely taken back by her attitude and seems i’m not the only one. Will never go back.Tuesday 11th July 2023
Caitlin Leahy1 StarThis is in regards to one of the female pharmacists there. I’m on a medicine that my DOCTOR has prescribed for about 6 months now for blood sugar issues. Other people have been prescribed it for weight loss, so there’s medical biases about it in regards to that. I have had non stop issues with this med, and yesterday this female pharmacist had the med in stock when it’s out of stock everywhere and LIED TO ME telling me she, “couldn’t,” give it to my home group Walgreens, when I had spoken to that facility the previous day and they have been asking other Walgreens for the medicine, so I know it can be transferred. She was just consciously choosing not to do it. I mean I understand you’re a miserable person, but keep it your business.
If one Walgreens doesn’t have a medicine, they can get it from another Walgreens. That’s how it works. So I was lied to, and they’re acting as my physician making decisions about what medications they think are appropriate for me and what aren’t when they have no right to do that, it’s unacceptable and coming from the medical field, highly unethical behavior.
She also told me multiple times that a coupon wasn’t working that made the medicine $25 instead of $3800.
Then, when the SAME coupon got entered literally the same day at another Walgreens it magically went through. Same coupon. Same numbers. So strange.
Once again, sounds fishy.
And sounds like someone is having medical bias, making the decision that they don’t think I need to be on a medicine, which is acting as my physician, and acting unethically.
