I had one of the best human interactions at this pharmacy. I came in to pick up my son's Rx that his Dr had just called in. Unfortunately they were closing. I understand how it feels to get that last client at closing and asked for an alternative OTC drug. However, I quickly mentioned my situation to the pharmacist and she quickly filled the script. Now I know some.folks will say this is their job. But they were not required to stop closing to go home to their families just because I showed up. And that's the amazing part of healthcare workers who do this for the love of the job. No amount of money can compensate them for their time and energy. You just gotta love it.

My doctor sent the prescription yesterday at 11am. I went today ( i know they need several hours to process information ...) Not ready, come back tomorrow... I am a customer in pain but it s ok....

May need to wait a long time at the drive thru since that's where covid tests are done so the possible covid patients are kept out of the store. May just want to go inside. If you go at a popular time, might need to wait in line for prescriptions or checkout. There's a huge difference in waiting. At 4 pm no cars in drive thru. At 6 pm there were 4 cars in drive thru, so parked and went in side. Still had to wait with no one in line. There was a small sign that said some routine prescriptions will be filled by a center in Orlando. If long waits bother you try to find a good time to go. Am considering if it's worth moving my rx elsewhere. Typical line to pickup prescriptions 545pm Monday. About 4 cars in drive thru. Not a good time for fast pickup. April 2023 this location might be one of the busiest in the area. Be prepared to wait in line and stay on hold trying to call.

This store is very unprofessional I have been seeing an item in stock online for curbside pick up I purchased the item just to be told it’s out of stock I call the following day to see if it’s in stock the first girl a black girl told me it’s not in stock without even looking she placed me on hold and hung up very rude and terrible customer service the other young lady MIA same thing talked about me while I was on hold and realized I was still on hold and hung up ! She told me she would talk to the manager because the item is available for pick up online but never in stock when I call ! She lied she never came back to the phone and hung up ! Worse customer experience of my life

The shift lead and 3 associates were standing behind the counter gossiping as if there was no one in the store. When I got to the register, the cashier was so interested in the conversation that she started pushing buttons as I attempted to enter the phone number attached to my rewards account. Then she says, "I think you need to swipe your card again because it didn't go through." I looked at her and said, "I never attempted to swipe my card (my card was still in my wallet). I was trying to put my phone number in." She cynically asked, "Oh, you want to put it in?" To which I replied, "That would be nice." She cut her eyes at me, threw my items in the bag, and shoved it towards me as if she was irritated and said, "Here you go". I took the bag as I thanked her and walked out and they continued talking as if nothing happened. As a former Walgreens associate, I think it's sad that the shift lead didn't attempt to correct her. Walgreens prides itself on customer service and this was rather poor. There was nobody on the floor to answer any questions I had. I'll be sure to do my best to avoid this location in the future, although it was my preferred location because they are a 24-hour store.
