In 10 years using this store never had any problem , is organized and clean. Today they run out of bags and Daniella in the check out was un respectful and unprofessional , didn’t collaborate finding bags and complain to me that was using a bag per item, when I was trying to pack many items on 2-3 bags she gave it to me. They are ruining this store hiring people with NO idea about customer service !! she doesn’t deserve to work on this location

The people are always ready to assist. Roseline, for example, took the time to explain to me why my Bank of America Card kept displaying 'card error' each time it was inserted in the machine. Following her input and explanation, it worked perfectly each time. Because of her, now these constant errors will be something of the past.

I love this Walmart Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Technicians. These medical professionals shouldn't be checking out customers' groceries! This task distracts from their core function of distributing medicine and pharmacy counseling. I've had to wait in line several times while people check out their overflowing shopping carts because they are picking up their pharmacy products. I usually pick up my medication and join the other lines with my groceries. Doctors of Pharmacy, pharmacists, and technicians possess higher education in this field. They should focus on their clinical tasks rather than entry-level tasks, which have become part of their job function. I find it so disrespectful to the profession whenever I see them checking out groceries. There is no shortage of pharmacists: pharmacists are choosing other professions because they have been assigned too many unrelated tasks. They are stressed out! The staff in the rest of the store are all very nice.

Worst Walmart ever never coming back, a few days ago my brother got some money from Easter and he paid 60 dollars for a drone, he ends up not really liking it so we go to exchange it for a race car that is the same price a few days later. The lady at the customer service desk tells us to show a receipt my dad shows a photo because she accidentally threw away the real copy the lady tells us we need a physical receipt or the card we used we used cash when we paid so we couldn’t do that, then my dad tells her it’s the same thing and we ended up asking for a manager he tells us the same thing then my dad says we can just print it out and show you guys it’s the same thing my 7 YEAR OLD BROTHER who paid for it himself starts getting emotional but no the manager does not care he also had an attitude with us the entire time it was ridiculous what a way too on talk to a paying customer! My dad couldn’t believe it and felt really and for my brother so he ended up buying a toy car for him with his own money that he earned and was saving can you believe it, this was a bad experience and I rather go to target and pay the expensive prices than be In this pit hole of a store hope your reading this Walmart 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡!!!!
