A.L. Harris4 StarLove the order and pick up service. Anytime I can get someone to do my grocery shopping for me is a definite plus. Anytime a company offers this service at no additional cost… that’s a double plus. Easy and fast, just order on the app or website and youre given a pickup window. When your order is ready you get a text. All you have to do is drive to the store park in a designated spot, add the info to the text and your groceries will be brought out to your car. Excellent service and this week I got a Walmart goody bag filled with free samples… great service… the only way to shop!Saturday 16th March 2024
Phillip Thomas1 StarThis store has false advertisement the prices that’s displayed are not the prices that which you pay at check out I spoke with a The Manager which she stated she don’t care and she will not be honoring the price which they place I no the wrong space I just have to deal with it. Please just put the entire store on computerize or electronic robots customer service is horrible.Saturday 27th April 2024
Joe Morriseau1 StarMy wife bought a sweater from the $7.00 clearance rack, we got to the self checkout, and it rung in at 19.98. The self checkout attendant was clueless. He told us to pay full price, then go to customer service, and they would correct it. The woman at customer service told us that because that one didn't have a sticker on it, it was full price, even though the other identical sweaters (different sizes) had the stickers on them.
Both the register attendant and the customer service rep were rude and treated us like we were trying to steal the sweater. They didn't want to be bothered.Saturday 6th April 2024
Sean1 StarVery disheveled Walmart with random items sprawled across the entire store. Dirty and unclean on almost every aisle. Multiple broken products being sold as new even though they’re clearly used. I have gotten multiple damaged items that do not work. It’s also extremely sketchy. Multiple employees are nice and helpful though which does not make much sense given how severely messed up the store and products are. The returns, refunds, exchange store service area seems to be staffed by employees refusing to help at all costs. I tried returning multiple items, none of which they would accept returns for due to lacking a receipt although they were within the reported 90-day return policy window. After I tried returning one item with missing parts that they refused to accept, not even for an exchange of the same item in store or online, I went back to try returning a couple of other unused items that are not needed. They not only refused to accept either of those returns but also raised their voice at me, “sir, sir, you just tried returning the grill and don’t have a receipt. So we can’t accept either of these products.” The associate manager of the returns/refunds departments at store service in the front then asked what seemed to be a question he did not truly care to ask nor want an answer for because when I tried answering he cut me off and did not allow a response. Then he repeated the question unnecessarily in a very demeaning way harassing me for trying to return or exchange these items because they wouldn’t allow my friend to return or even exchange for working products or something similar, not even of a cheaper value. Now we are stuck with random unnecessary items that have no utility. They would not offer me any alternatives or solutions for these matters. Additionally, when I asked for the return / refund policy, the associate refused to provide it. I pointed to the 90-day return refund policy on the sign behind her, stating that returns/refunds can be made even without a receipt, yet she still refused to refund the item. I repeated my question asking for a printout or copy of the return policy, which she stated is online after refusing to provide the return policy.Wednesday 17th April 2024
Bradley Marsic1 StarIf you need any of the lock cabinets unlocked after 7 PM don’t go here. I walked around this location and asked 10 different Walmart employees to see if someone could unlock one of the lock cabinets in the automotive section. No employee showed up to assist even after announcement was made over PA. Was here for almost 2 1/2 hours trying to get someone to help. Just decide to leave and not waste my time.Friday 19th April 2024
